FUSE is the product of a stirring that God put in the hearts of eight like-minded individuals in the summer of 2009. With support from their local church, GenesisChurch.tv, they set out to start a campus community that would seek Jesus with everything and let everything else sort itself out. It was birthed in a coffee shop through intense late-night discussions, as all good things are. When the eight co-conspirators had hammered out a mission and a solid vision, they set about recruiting anyone and everyone they could who had interest in seeking Jesus with them.

Along the way, the problem arose of how to explain to people what FUSE was about. At every corner turned, the Fusers seemed to find these two foundational principles: Live like Christ. Love like Christ. When adhered to, these guidelines seemed to set everything else in life into the right, biblical context.

Just one year later, FUSE now has a throbbing band of young hearts ready to show off what they found when they went searching for God. The weekly meetings are intellectual and passionate, the members are loving and relentless, and the vision is the same: Seek Jesus.
